June 1, 2010 is the date when the Red Flags Rule is to go into effect for all creditors, of which most chiropractors are included under the new FTC rule. This week two Senators introduced bill S.3416 that would greatly reduce the number of physicians covered by the Red Flags Rule by excluding health care businesses with less than 20 employees.
