I have visited far too many chiropractic offices over the past couple years that lacked a sufficient informed consent process.  Reading an ACA post on the topic reminded me of this common omission among our clients, and I assume the profession as a whole.  Do yourself a huge favor by auditing your new patient processes on a regular basis.
